Class Descriptions FLOW classes are a sequence of continuous moving postures that stretch and strengthen the body. There is an emphasis on breathing to promote deep relaxation that will restore and re-energize the body. Prior yoga experience is recommended. Classes are 75 minutes. GENTLE YOGA classes incorporate slow and mindful movements that relax the body and calm the mind. This is a wonderful practice for beginners and seniors! Classes are 75 minutes. GIRLS YOGA Time for girls to stretch, strengthen and relax. Recommended for girls in grades 6th, 7th and 8th. Advance registration available for sessions though walk-ins welcome. Registration page HOT YOGA classes will warm, stretch, strengthen, and detoxify the body with a heated studio at 85 degrees. Prior yoga experience is recommended. Classes are 60 and 75 minutes depending on the day. Classes are offered October-April. flyer INTRODUCTION TO YOGA is a four week session that provides a solid foundation in the essential yoga poses. Each session builds on the previous week’s class. Registration is required.
