Chicago Inter Soccer Club is a coaching and educational organization whose mission is to provide a unique opportunity for youth from the Chicago Southwest suburbs to participate in a quality soccer program; to encourage good sportsmanship; to encourage teamwork; and to learn the necessary skills to play competitive youth soccer throughout the United States. Our home fields are located in Homer Glen. We are providing exceptional youth soccer players with a challenging program that will offer opportunities to compete in local and national competitions, with a goal that these players will gain exposure to enhance their opportunities to further their development as student athletes at the college level. Our teams participate in IWSL, MRL (Midwest Regional League), and regularly compete at Illinois State Cup. Our main focus is to get our teams and players to participate in biggest and best College Showcase Tournaments in United States. We regularly compete at: CASL Showcase In North Carolina, Disney Showcase, Players College Showcase in Las Vegas, also competing in local State and Midwest College Showcase events. Our players’ aggressive desire for victory, combined with the procedural and graduated development of soccer skills through exceptional coaching and advanced techniques, are of paramount importance. Nevertheless, realization by all that soccer remains only a game is an inherent aspect of the philosophy of the club that must always be recognized. OUR GOAL Our ultimate objective is clearly defined. We want every single child that enters our club, to fall in love with soccer and to get a basic sense of appreciation for sports in general. We achieve this by giving our players the necessary attention needed to succeed at the highest level. Our coaching relationships with our athletes, together with the tutoring approach we offer, are the pillars that have established our Club as a respected and well-recognized one. We differ from other clubs out there first and foremost by not focusing on the score of the game itself, which can be a very misleading measurement of improvement, but rather by giving the biggest importance to the individual player's development. Everything else becomes secondary. We believe that a complete soccer player is one that leaves our program fully trained, both technically and tactically, and is ready for college. The basis of all this is our role as leaders and examples to help our kids discover and accept basic values in sports, such as motivation, confidence, and respect. This is only possible with our work being done in a correct, serious and professional manner. A player with those qualities can move on to continuing playing this great sport through college and even pro-clubs. Patience is what we expect and demand. Patience from both the parents and the players as it is key to success.
